Thank you so much for your support.
I am overwhelmed by the response to my email this weekend! I can't thank you enough for showing your support for this project. As a recent graduate, it means so much to know that I am part of such a passionate, dedicated community.
Thank you for helping the Class of 2016 give our special compass a beautiful home in Tyson Terrace. By supporting this renovation, you are showing your support for us as fellow alumni.
If you can help me by spreading the word for this project, I would very much appreciate it.
Warm regards,

When students need a boost, they can pop over to the new Starbucks housed in the café. Nothing is better than friends enjoying stimulating conversation over a cup of java.
Once the renovation is complete, students will be able to meet at the café, grab lunch, and enjoy it indoors or out.
Tyson Terrace will have a whole new stone floor done in multi-colored pavers featuring a geometric design. New patio furniture will provide the perfect space for a small class to meet or for students to study while enjoying the beauty of upper campus.
The pub will be renamed the University Café, offering students an updated dining option with extended service hours. Not only will busy students be able to enjoy meals on campus outside of the regular dining hall hours, but the menu will be updated to offer new tasty food items, and the interior will be completely redesigned to offer modern style and comfort.
"Discover Your Place" was their freshman year theme, and at Commencement the Class of 2016 gave Mary Baldwin a 30-inch diameter compass inscribed with the university seal that will be installed in the center of Tyson Terrace. Your gift of $500 proves a strong commitment to Mary Baldwin and will go a long way in funding the Tyson Terrace renovation.
